I'm giving the following quality assurance review from a sincere heart of gratitude for the level of excellence I experienced at Gainesville, Florida's Advanced Auto Care Center located at Butler Plaza West, 3820 SW Archer Road, Gainesville, Florida 32608 (phone 352-505-0548, advancedautocarecenter.com). During my 19-year old UF-Senior's date with a wonderful fellow UF-student, my son discovered that the radiator in our family vehicle had emptied all the anti-freeze onto the Dick's Sporting Goods parking lot. I coordinated with the insurance company to have it towed to Advanced Auto Care Center. Upon his initial inspection that took less than 15 minutes after our vehicle's arrival, the owner (Troy Wolfe) called and provided me with a thorough and complete analysis of the damage. I do not take the time to write a report like this for being treated fairly at industry standards, even if served with a smile. What I found at Advanced Auto Care Center was well above this, which is why you are able to read this report. Mr. Wolfe's troubleshooting skill and attention to detail was able to identify that the radiator leaked due to a prior collision. Additionally, his analysis included identifying damage to the air conditioner condenser and hood latch. Because of Mr. Wolfe's exceptional service of identifying these related issues and the corresponding point of impact that caused this damage I was able to get my insurance company to re-open my claim from the collision that occurred 11 months prior and pick-up the full cost of fixing all these issues that that should have fixed it initially by an auto shop in Macclenny, Florida. If you or your UF student has auto problems I highly recommend Advanced Auto Care Center, for they can be trusted both as people who deeply care for your auto needs and are exceedingly competent to complete the job correctly.

I've had several things done including replacing the brakes on my car. They've done a good job even if it's just a simple oil change. And...if there are more things that need to be done, they'll give you an itemized list including costs.

It has been a long time since I've had such good service. I want to thank Jana, Sean, & Joe for their exceptional customer service and a job well done. I had taken my car to a different auto repair shop in April. It was one of those problems that was intermittent & was assured that they had fixed the problem. Of course, the problem was still there. Advanced had my car for three days because they kept checking it and found each time that it wasn't what they thought it was. They didn't give up and kept on trying. They finally found the problem and cost me much less that I could possibly have hoped for having had it for three days. Considering that my only income is my Social Security and I was very worried how I was going to pay for the repair. They worked so hard to get it done for me at a reasonable price. Thank you all, I would send anybody that I know to Advance Auto Center.
