Amazing place & has taken care of me for going on the third year. Saved my butt when I blew out two tires, the fit me in that day even being slammed already. Highly suggest using then over any other shop. Great staff and always show you stuff that they think should be replaced. No extras added on to your bill. I've turned down free oil changes at other places because I like this place so much and how the have treated me.

Upfront pricing. The time they tell you your car is ready is relatively accurate and the service is extremely quick. They have automated text alerts to send you status updates

I love Advanced Auto Care. They are completely honest with you when it comes to your car. Maybe too honest. They don't pressure you or harass you. I like that. That's why ill keep coming back!!!

It is rare that you find a mechanic that you can trust. I can say after one experience with Advanced Auto Care Center that I implicitly trust them. They were very up front, informative, and generous. I plan to use them for future services as well as recommend them to others. These are kind people you can trust!

I give this auto repair store a million stars! I am so glad that care is included in their company name because they actually really do love and care about their customers. They help you to the max. They have great customer service and they get everything done so fast but yet to where you are safe and your car is in perfect shape afterwards. Jana is so helpful and kind! She always makes you leave there with a smile on your face. They have refreshments for while you wait. They have entertainment as well while you wait. There is a TV, magazines, books for people who follow God, coloring books, water & coffee to drink. If you need a ride home or to work while your car is being worked on they will take you to and from. They really are the best of the best and I highly recommend them. -Stephanie Kelly

I always hated going to get my car worked on by a shop. I try to do everything myself, but there are some things that have to get done by a mechanic. I am pleased to say that I trust Advanced Auto Care with my car. Janna was EXTREMELY nice and genuine. I've never dealt with someone like her in a repair shop. She didn't try to sell me any bs and didn't pressure me into getting a repair done. Don't hesitate to bring your car in there.

I've been taking my car to Advanced Auto Care for about 3 years now and I have always been satisfied with the service. They are honest, informative, and have never pressured me into going ahead with any of the repairs needed/recommended for my car. Prices are fair. Janna at the front desk is always welcoming and I feel very comfortable taking my car there whenever I go. Being a college student new to Gainesville mechanics, I am happy to have found a reliable place I can take my car to.

I have always had an excellent experience with the service and staff at Advanced Auto Care. I appreciate the fact that they have bibles available to read in the waiting room. Everything is clean, neat, and the atmosphere is very welcoming. I believe that their prices are reasonable and the wait time and service is of greater value to me in my busy world. Every time I have my vehicle serviced or repaired, they explain every things in detail and I am very pleased with this service.I would not take me vehicles any place else.

I would recommend this location. Disclaimer: A review gets me a $5 discount but there is no condition that it be a good review, this is all based on my experience. I went in on 6/7/2016 for an oil change with a coupon and a vehicle inspection. The front desk was courteous and quick to respond, they kept their appointment time as well. Great location. Lobby and location was oddly and a little disturbingly over-zealous in their religious-ness (Christian reading materials, quotes, posters, bibles, and, that morning, a preaching rambling customer to boot) but the employees themselves did not push it on me and I was not uncomfortable. Nice waiting area despite the aforementioned. Car worked fine afterward. They also, without pressuring me, informed me of some damage that was developing on my drive belt (which I later confirmed independently, and it was not caused by them) and advised me to budget for it in the future. All in all pleased with the experience.
