Great customer service. Went there after some pushy guy at Jiffy lube answered every question with yes or no followed by “bring your car over the center lane”. Can’t stand high pressure tactics. Advanced auto care center knew exactly what oil my car needed (I had just looked into the owners manual) and answered every question courteously and patiently.

I have had them work on my car twice and so far all the work they have done is legit. I normally take my car to the dealership but you have yo schedule weeks in advance to be seen. This shop here takes you immediately and get the job done. They are pretty detail about what is done and what needs to be done.

Needed quite a few different things done to my car, including diagnosing an unknown issue. Advanced had me diagnosed and most of the issues fixed the same day. They did have to keep the car into the next morning to finish up some work on the steering wheel, but all things considered, my car is back to feeling brand new and I feel I was charged fairly for parts and labor. Definitely recommend this auto shop to anyone and will be taking my car here moving forward when I need just about anything done.

I'm a repair shop owner and was stuck in Gainesville with a misfire and 4 check engine codes. Advanced got me in, repaired, and back on the road for under $200 and my Jeep is now running perfectly. Awesome shop, and I feel better about my kid going to UF when I know there's a trustworthy placw who will take care of her car. Thanks again!

I trust them, I don't think they have ever tried to scam me, which is already enough to win me over. Prices seem competitive. I have been here over a dozen times in past couple years and haven't had any problems.
