I had very bad experience with it when having my engine checked there. I found my engine light on on the way Friday, and turned into the store. After one hour, I had a $115 diagnosis and a $21 tank cap replacement. Anyhow, I was happy to see the light off and hit the road again. But the nightmare just began. After 30 minutes on the freeway, the control panel reminded me of checking the tank cap and the engine light was on, which means they had not found the real problem and did the wrong thing about it, but charged me. I went off to get the cap tightened, but it was no use. Then I got it taken off and screwed up again, still no use. I felt frustrated while the reminder kept flashing all the way. I could not go back because we reserved the hotel and everything else. When we were back, I got to the store as soon as we had time. After over 2 hours, they said they had done another diagnosis about the emissions and found the problem to be in other places, asking me to pay $90 for the diagnosis and other over $800 if I'd like to solve the problem. I felt once you entered the store, you were in their hands (quite agree with Ashley Denmark in the reviews). I told them that it was not fair to charge me this time for their failure to find the real problem and take proper soultions , and doing repeated tests for one problem, which caused me a lot of trouble and worries. One staff said rudely they were "two separate tests". Searching google for the engine light problem, you may find the first choice was doing emissions test. There is no need to diagnose expensively if a fuel gap replacement can do. Anyway, I wouldn't give a single star to the store if there were such a choice.
