Excellent service

Derek and Advanced Auto Care Center in Gainesville have been a real discovery! Our Honda Civic recently needed a new starter motor. The quotes we got from our local Honda dealership in Ocala as well as Honda dealerships in nearby towns completely shocked us, to the extent we decided we had to find a more reasonable source of quality Honda repairs. We came across Advanced Auto Care on the internet and their quote was roughly half the price of the dealerships! We made an appointment for the next day. The facility is easy to get to and very clean. Derek is friendly, the service is fast, professional and was completed on time. Not too long before we found Derek, we had a rear wheel bearing replaced on the same car at the dealership, at a predictably high price. When picking up our car for the starter replacement I asked Derek what they would have charged for the same service on the wheel bearing. Again, it was about half. We vowed then and there we will always use Advanced Auto Care in the future. Good bye Honda dealership! If you are looking for professional, efficient service, at a great price in a friendly atmosphere, I can't recommend them highly enough!

Super friendly, fast, and knowledgeable people. Awesome experience. On January 4th, My wife and I were passing through town and our Jeep starting having issues. I pulled over at a gas station and I saw the issue was about to leave us stranded. Googled the closest mechanic shop and it happened to be Advanced Auto Care Center. As soon as we arrived, they quickly took our information and checked out our Jeep. The shop is in a great location and we were able to walk to many other stores right in the same area. While doing so, I got a call w/ an explanation on what it'd take to fix the Jeep. I gave them the OK and their estimate on how long it'd take to get it fixed was spot on. In the mean time, we caught an Uber and checked out the University of Florida's campus, since it was only several miles away. A few hours later, we got back to the shop and it wasn't long before we were back on the road. Great place... would use them again. -Dan

I have always had great, honest service from this establishment. After more than five years I have zero negative comments!
