Don’t be fooled by all the religious tv programs they are playing on the tv or the religious material on the tables when you go to Advance auto care. They always try to up sale me & say they are going to check fulids & tire pressure. They did none of it. I had a bad motor mount & took it elsewhere, they found a cracked coolant reservoir & all the fulids were low as well as the tire pressure, which I seen myself. It’s unfortunate that businesses use religion to gain. And show themselves as trustworthy when they are not. I will never go back there ever & wanted to let people know to check what they did before leaving. If I ever had to go back & that would only be if every other place was closed down indefinitely, I would watch them the whole time. The only reason they got 1star is because I had no choice to leave a negative star review. So stay far away from Advanced auto care!!!

Mr. Bouchard, I tried to reach out to you concerning this issue and got nothing but rudeness and hung up on. By the way we do record our phone calls for customer satisfaction. Our customers are ALWAYS treated with the utmost respect and courtesy. That is why I tried to reach out to you. We try to give the best experience possible for everyone. As far as UP SELLING you.... We only recommended an air filter which you told us you could not afford at the time. There was no mention of a motor mount or coolant reservoir. You have come to this establishment 7 times prior and looking at your records there has NOT been anything more than very MINOR maintenance ever suggested to you on your vehicles. You did mention that you are a Christian and for some reason the Snippets of religious quotes that our repair loop shows on our reader board offended you. We have never had anyone attack us for that reason but only commend us for it. Due to your review It will be taken off our loop. In closing, I believe for some reason other than mentioned you have given us this awful review because none of what was said shows in our records or how you were treated here for more than 7 visits. I am always available if you would like to discuss this matter in a civilized way. It saddens me to have any customer upset and I always try to make things right. This is my go to for Auto Care....New to the Gainesville area i came to this shop and its the only shop I bring my car and Jeep for services...The customer service is always amazing .They are always very detailed and give solutions on how to fix my vehicles and Im always satisfied with my services.. I recommend anyone with car problems to come here...I was way down on cash and they still found a way for my car to get fixed and drive back today....I am forever grateful....They are the best in Town..

My car was vibrating at low speed when gear at 3 or 4, they changed ignition coil and Purge control valve. Ignition coil (E238 parts)price $87 and purge control valve $49 at advance auto parts website. They charged me $129 for Ignition coil and $135 for purge valve. In addition, labor cost $243! In total I paid $545 including tax. Still the problem exist and the car vibrate at low speed and it goes worse on uphill. If you are new and have zero idea about car mechanical issues they will deplete you. Be aware of them! ***Update on 6/18/2019: The problem with my car was motor mount, nothing wrong with ignition coil or purge control valve. A mobile mechanic fixed it with $50, see the attachment pic. My car is running smoothly now!. Initially, AACC gave me impression; the problem with computer wires and kept my vehicle for three days, then they ended up with changing ignition coil and purge valve without success.I think Un/Advanced auto care is good for oil change, tire alignment and other simple works. If you have bit complex issue with your car they will mess up . Jeff called me due to my review but I did not get back as I felt they are not trustworthy. If they are honest in business and genuine interest in customer satisfaction, they should give my money back.

Mr. Hassan, We have been waiting for you to come in to take a look at your vehicle and have not heard back. Please call Jeff 352-505-0548 so we can rectify the situation as we discussed. Mr. Hassan, first off you came in with a check engine light on with multiple cylinder misfires and a purge control valve that was inoperative. We explained to you that the misfires needed to be taken care of first. After extensive testing (where most of the diagnostic time was free to you) we found a hairline crack in one of your coils which must be done first along with your purge valve. The warranty on those items is 3yr 36,000 miles nationwide. I also explained to you that when you came back in we would try to make it right for you if it was something else but you never came back. I am sorry you feel this way about our company but we have tried to help best as possible. your vehicle has several issues that need to be taken care of but things like misfiring cylinders are priority. Misfires can cause damage to your catalytic converter which becomes very costly. Again, I am here to help and if you speak with me i believe we can work with you. Thanks, Jeff.
