I got an appointment confirmation within 7 days of my request online. On the day of my appointment, I was greeted promptly. No problems and my coupon was honored. The only think I would ask is the the service technician remember to reset the oil change notification light....for those of us who need the reminder:) Upon my return the next day, the available tech reset it AND showed me how to do it myself. Thank you for that little extra.

Don't think I've ever been more impressed with a business as I was with Advanced Auto Care Center. As a first time customer, I was treated with respect, professionalism, consideration, honestly & the type of integrity one usually sees after years of trust & loyalty. I can't praise this business enough. I brought my 2010 Cadillac CTS in for what could have been a costly problem. Instead, it was an easy fix with no charge. In this day and age, this just doesn't happen. Not unless you're dealing with an honorable, straightforward, trustworthy business. I now know I've found a place where I can depend on for years of excellent service.
