Don’t be fooled by all the religious tv programs they are playing on the tv or the religious material on the tables when you go to Advance auto care. They always try to up sale me & say they are going to check fulids & tire pressure. They did none of it. I had a bad motor mount & took it elsewhere, they found a cracked coolant reservoir & all the fulids were low as well as the tire pressure, which I seen myself. It’s unfortunate that businesses use religion to gain. And show themselves as trustworthy when they are not. I will never go back there ever & wanted to let people know to check what they did before leaving. If I ever had to go back & that would only be if every other place was closed down indefinitely, I would watch them the whole time. The only reason they got 1star is because I had no choice to leave a negative star review. So stay far away from Advanced auto care!!!
Mr. Bouchard, I tried to reach out to you concerning this issue and got nothing but rudeness and hung up on. By the way we do record our phone calls for customer satisfaction. Our customers are ALWAYS treated with the utmost respect and courtesy. That is why I tried to reach out to you. We try to give the best experience possible for everyone. As far as UP SELLING you.... We only recommended an air filter which you told us you could not afford at the time. There was no mention of a motor mount or coolant reservoir. You have come to this establishment 7 times prior and looking at your records there has NOT been anything more than very MINOR maintenance ever suggested to you on your vehicles. You did mention that you are a Christian and for some reason the Snippets of religious quotes that our repair loop shows on our reader board offended you. We have never had anyone attack us for that reason but only commend us for it. Due to your review It will be taken off our loop. In closing, I believe for some reason other than mentioned you have given us this awful review because none of what was said shows in our records or how you were treated here for more than 7 visits. I am always available if you would like to discuss this matter in a civilized way. It saddens me to have any customer upset and I always try to make things right.
