They take such good care of my poor, poor wreck of a 4runner. Also decent coffee.

My car was vibrating at low speed when gear at 3 or 4, they changed ignition coil and Purge control valve. Ignition coil (E238 parts)price $87 and purge control valve $49 at advance auto parts website. They charged me $129 for Ignition coil and $135 for purge valve. In addition, labor cost $243! In total I paid $545 including tax. Still the problem exist and the car vibrate at low speed and it goes worse on uphill. If you are new and have zero idea about car mechanical issues they will deplete you. Be aware of them! ***Update on 6/18/2019: The problem with my car was motor mount, nothing wrong with ignition coil or purge control valve. A mobile mechanic fixed it with $50, see the attachment pic. My car is running smoothly now!. Initially, AACC gave me impression; the problem with computer wires and kept my vehicle for three days, then they ended up with changing ignition coil and purge valve without success.I think Un/Advanced auto care is good for oil change, tire alignment and other simple works. If you have bit complex issue with your car they will mess up . Jeff called me due to my review but I did not get back as I felt they are not trustworthy. If they are honest in business and genuine interest in customer satisfaction, they should give my money back.

I made an appointment to have a tire assessed and repaired. The receptionist was polite and helpful, keeping me up to date on the progress of the work. The service men were very efficient, and they worked quickly to make the repair. Overall, I was very satisfied with Advanced Auto Care Center.

Crooks! LIED ABOUT REPAIRS TO TRY TO MAKE MORE MONEY!! ALWAYS GET A SECOND OPINION! I took my vehicle in for their advertised free AC check. The check itself lasted about 10 mins & the results of their “test” was that I would need to pay them $152 for a complete AC system check. Go figure! Then they LIED TO ME COMPLETELY & told me that my radiator fans were completely shot & no longer working. They informed me that it’s very bad for my car and it could cause it to overheat & that they’d be happy to replace them for a little over $300. Little did they know I’m not stupid. I’ve been driving the heck out of my car and I’ve had no issue. So I took my car to Jerry’s AC & Auto for a second opinion and GUESS WHAT?!?! There’s absolutely nothing wrong with my fans, they were just trying to rip me off for over $300. Oh and BTW Jerry’s does the COMPLETE AC SYSTEM CHECK FOR ONLY $58.

Great place to take your car. My power steering pump was going out, so I stopped in to get an estimate. Roberta and Derrick were very helpful. Got a free estimate, said they could have the part by the next day. Brought my car back and was in and out in no time. Excellent customer service, fair price and didn’t take all day! Very satisfied customer.

Exceptional, friendly customer service. I was in town while my dog was having surgery at UF animal hospital only to find a screw in my tire hours before my dog was released to go home. I went in and Derek said he’d do his best to get a new tire installed for me so that I could get my dog safely back to Tampa to recover. He thought it may take an hour and a half or more, but it was completed in under an hour. A very stressful situation was avoided and my schedule wasn’t disrupted.

We were traveling through Gainesville, trying to outrun a dangerous storm. Derek could not have been more helpful in getting us back on the road again. An outstanding experience. Thank you!
