The service was great. I came for a second opinion on the car and they were able to explain everything pretty well and helped me save money in the long run. I’m removing a star because the place smelled strongly of cigarettes. My car had a bit of a cigarette smell afterwards. I hope the smell goes away. I also hope they do something about the cigarette smell because it affects the service and gave me a headache while waiting.

Good place to have a pre purchase inspection and have friendly staff. 🙂

I have bought my family vehicles to advanced auto center for years and always had a good experience and always recommend to my family and friends.

Their prices are fair. I feel that they definitely take care of me and I never feel overcharged for anything. I’ve had them look at my brakes because they squeak like crazy, but because Carmax put on some cheap pads that’s why they make the noise but there’s plenty of meat left on them, and Advanced Auto Care has not tried to oversell me on replacing them. Everyone that works there is very friendly, and I definitely feel confident about the work that they do to my vehicle.
