Place was very friendly, helpful, and knew exactly was was going on with my vehicle. I was hesitant at first because I wasn’t sure a regular shop would know what to do with a BMW. There are not many places u can take these cars and get a reasonable price let alone a person knowledgeable enough to work on these particular cars. I can say now I trust advance auto care center with my car and I found my new favorite shop. I will be bringing my Mercedes for service there too!

Charged me $40, FOR A MISDIAGNOSIS!! Almost spent $1,000 with them. Tried telling me my alternator, battery, and my serpentine belt was bad! Thankfully we decided to get a second look. Turns out the ONLY thing wrong was my battery that was actually leaking ACID!! which no one even mentioned to me. Ended up only spending $200, and my car is perfectly fine now. ALWAYS GET A SECOND OPONION! Some people are just out there for your money not to help you!
